CEO, Chika Emenike

Recently, the South-East Media Editors Forum, SEMEF, Imo State Chapter
visited the Chairman/Chief Executive of Kotec Group of Companies
Limited, makers of Tummy Tummy Noodles, Chief Chika Emenike in his
office located at Chikason Avenue, Industrial Estate Nnewi, Anambra
State.
In his remarks, the coordinator of the group, Prince Don Uba, stated
that the reason for the visit was to have an on the spot assessment of the
factory having shortlisted the owner for recognition at an event
coming up in Owerri, Imo state soon.
He informed the Chief Executive that it would have been a disservice to God and humanity
if he is announced for the recognition without seeing where the noodles industry is located.
Furthermore, he informed their host that they would use their position
as editors in the various media to canvass for his recognition for other
national merit awards by Imo State government and federal
government respectively.
Mr. Matthew Onwuasonya, the Production Manager, guided the editors on
the inspection of the facilities. He revealed that the company also
produces bottled water, pointing out that a staff quarter is located
within the factory for workers who wish to reside within.
Responding, Chief Emenike, who appreciated the visit, thanked them for
the honour accorded him. He said the visit would propel him to put more
efforts in making sure that their products remain the best quality in
the country and beyond.
He noted that as a corporate entity, his companies live up to their
expectations, stating that they equally extend humanitarian services to the
public in fulfill of their Corporate Service Responsibility (CSR).
On the entourage were: Prince Don Uba, Hon Ikenna Onuoha, Mr. Emeka Igwe, Mr. Austin
Chukwuemeka Okoro and Rita Chikwem, who represented her medium among
others.
